So I bought a 2015 ford flex , the sell went smoothly. But not even 1500 miles later my coolant is leaking. So I took it back and three days or so later they said they fixed it. Went and pick it up, and i But not even 1500 miles later my coolant is leaking. So I took it back and three days or so later they said they fixed it. Went and pick it up, and i didn't receive any work order on what was done. Not even 100 miles later my oil is leaking everywhere, what they failed to tell me is that they tried to fix a whole list of other things. But instead made thing worse. So again my next day off I had to drop it off again. During rhis time I get alerts from my sprint drive they ran my car dry of gas and now I have a check engine light, which again back to ford to fix what ever the messed up again. This whole thing has taken time away from my family . I wish I never went to fritts ford. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that has been nothing but a problem. More

They did a great job on my truck The body shop got the truck repaired as fast as they could. They did a very good job and then cleaned the truck inside and out. Not good! I purchased a 2099 Ford Escape. At 7000 miles I had a blown head gasket. I had to have a new short block installed. This took almost 1 month. Then I purchased a 2099 Ford Escape. At 7000 miles I had a blown head gasket. I had to have a new short block installed. This took almost 1 month. Then at 9999 miles Fritts Ford kept e-mailing me to come in for my first Free service. Oil change, tire rotation, etc, however they did not tell me there was a recall on my car. This FREE service took 3 1/2 hours. So, far nothing but trouble. If I can ever get out of this car I will never buy another Ford. More
