I love the dealership everyone is usually great, especially Max. He sold me my car and then he was my service writer for a little while and I would definitely recommend him, but now that he isn’t in especially Max. Very disappointed in the communication between me and Service Department plus the overall length of time it took to complete the work. Especially when promised the vehicle on a certain day, then it was p Service Department plus the overall length of time it took to complete the work. Especially when promised the vehicle on a certain day, then it was promised to me again on another day and then again, another day, and after three weeks, I finally got the vehicle back. Then I know I asked to have the wiper blades replaced but I did not know they were going to be so expensive $119.50. You can go to O’Reillys and get the same wiper laid for $20 and they put them on for free. More
