went for oil change and asked if they can also fix the fitting of my cargo mat. The girl that i spoke with assured me that she will let the team know about it. after 2hrs of waiting in the lounge i as fitting of my cargo mat. When i arrived home and checked it wasnt fixed. Please let her know that its not nice to assure customer that everything is ok when its not. Also, whoever drove my car inside mopar you guys left an obvious dirt in my carpet. Please have the courtesy to clean up your mess. it was difficult cleaning up your mess it cannot be remove by an ordinary car wipes! More
