Please please do a simple google search of this company before you buy anything First let me say. I LOVE MY CAR. We got there early in the morning to test drive a used challenger I had seen online. They pushed us around to 3 different sales people. Amado, then a new guy, we ended with Sarah. Unfortunately no one could find the challenger they had listed in ther inventory. We decided to look at new ones and i found the car I wanted. We did paperwork and received approval thru Wells Fargo. We told the people what payment we wanted and left. They then manipulated the price by stripping off warranty features (oh don’t worry, the finance guy was happy to add them back so he could raise the payment lol) at the final test drive I told Sarah I didn’t want to argue and if she could get the tint included we would sign. She said no problem. After I’m already signing paperwork Sarah come back to tell me the tint WOULD NOT be happening. (Finance guy fixed that) I then leave the dealership later that afternoon with my car (not detailed). I get the car home and after it’s first wash find extensive hail damage. I also see the DODGE emblem is broken I call Sarah. We schedule a day to fix the emblem, tint the windows, detail the car, and fix the hail damage. The day comes and I drop my car off at 755. They kept my car for 2 days. I go to pick it up and the emblem is still broken and it is still NOT detailed. (Btw she didn’t even order the emblem) I shared my photo from fb (now deleted) but warned people we were having a bad experience. They deleted the post lol I was able to speak to the GM who told us he would personal oversee our next service appointment 1 week later brings us to today. I drop off my car, because the emblem is here and they are finally going to detail it. After a whole day of waiting I’m told the car is ready and it looks amazing. The car does NOT look amazing. See pics. We can’t leave because supposedly Sarah has our keys. We ask to speak the GM Rick Harrison. We are told he is in a meeting with customers. I ask for my keys over and over and he tells me to leave. As I’m sitting in the car guess who shows up with my keys?? Rick Harrison. He had them the whole time. Lol I show him the horrible detail job and tells me to PLEASE COME BACK AND LET THEM FIX THIS. I said “no, y’all have treated us like poop” I’m not coming back. He then sees Rolando talking to Sarah and tells him to stop talking to people and leave lol then I realize every salesmen has walked over and surrounded us. This was the craziest thing EVER. NEVER buy from Frontier Dodge Lubbock. More

I took my Jeep in for A/C repair and was told I had the heater on. I drove it 8-10 miles home after picking it up from repair and the A/C was on like it was when I took it in for repair and the air was blo heater on.
