And the 1st time we took it in for an oil change, around Christmas, my daughter’s brand new heavy duty jumper cables I bought her were gone. We asked about them but of course they said they didn’t have them. And def not the fastest service either. my daughter sat in there for 4 hours the 2nd time there. Ridiculous. More

He listened and was patient with me even when I went to other dealerships. He didn't lie to make a bigger sale. He just gave me the facts and didn't sugar coat the process. The whole Dealership team worked together and made us comfortable and made us fresh coffee when I wanted some.
