Really enjoy taking my cars for services here. When I need to leave they bring me home and later bring my car to me. Very friendly.

John was service writer I spoke with about a possible recall. He was very patient, cordial, and helped to resolve the issue quickly. I later went back to NHTSA website and saw recall data had been entered and no further recalls were pending on my car. His diligence and caring attitude fixed the issue and completed steps needed as he said he would making this a very pleasant and uneventful visit. In order to complete survey though no costs were involved for recall I marked price as excellent.

After going n getting oil change got something to eat for dad n I n notice there was oil drips underneath truck pulled out parked different spot after an hour notice more oil drips call dealer very hard to get a hold of someone after 3 or 4 calls decided to back to dealer they did take right in n said filter was loss I was unhappy oil change very simple n couldn’t believe they didn’t double check they need to take pride on what they do good thing I did take of to Dallas right after oil change or I would have been in trouble wasted my time n gas going back

Everyone was great. I was notified several times what was going on and everyone that I talked to was very nice. The price of my total bill was not what I was expecting. I can’t really say enough nice things about John.

truck had a problem dying while running. john and Lalo genuinely wanted to determine the source of the issue, which was really hard to diagnose. they stayed with it

Workers are doing well, but I had to sit and wait 2 1/2 hours. Too many people in Lubbock and growing. You were out of water to drink. I will take mine next time. I usually do but went to town in spare of the moment.

Service Department was friendly and informative about the recall performed and the items needing addressed in the near future. They included details & pricing of recommended services. Note: this site does not list Service Emploees I delt with & would not let me submit until I added a sales person rating so I just picked one...

Had warranty work that needed to be completed. One of the worst experiences regarding communication I have ever experienced. Will definitely be my last visit
