Horrible Customer Service The worst customer service. They will not honor there word on anything. Make sure everything is in writing. General Manager (Rick Harrison) will only act on contract agreements that are signed at time of closing, and will deny anything that his sales team does in wrong doing. The Salesman (Andrew Solis) and Finance Manager will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to make a sale, Even if it is a flat out lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! 2 months later.... still waiting on service department to fix my vehicle. Had to buy 4 new tires because the tires that were sold on the vehicle were so bad wouldn’t pass inspection just 2,000 miles after purchase. More

Easy, Simple, Friendly Took my Jeep in because the dealership said there was a safety recall on two parts. I bought my Jeep at another dealership & they never informed me of these in the past, whereas Frontier Dodge texts me whenever there’s a safety recall for a part on my Jeep. I’ve been through the Service department here a few times now & they’ve always been friendly & made sure my vehicle was perfect before I leave the dealership. They topped off my liquids, checked air filter qualities, & even checked the tires (all for free with the safety recall parts replacement too). Also, the shuttle van helped me get home & they had donuts in the waiting room too! More
