Never returns calls as promised and doesn't fix problems I have had my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a persistent hard top leak 4 times and each time the problem is not fixed. After researching the prob I have had my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a persistent hard top leak 4 times and each time the problem is not fixed. After researching the problem on the internet, it appears that the service team is not following the procedures from the TSB for hard top leaks. Seals and foam are not removed and replaced per the TSB; instead they just pile more foam on and left the original weatherstrip at the top of the windshield after saying it was replaced new. Second issue; got a recall notice on the transmission oil cooler line possibly rubbing and took the Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation and hoping the recall could get fixed. The rotation/oil change were performed properly and I was informed that the kit to fix the recall was not in stock. The tech that day said they had ordered it but I never heard back from them which was two months ago (we got sidetracked with family events). Received a second notice in the mail and called on Tuesday to see if part was in. Service Tech said that he couldn't see it in the system and would check on it and call me back. It is now Friday and I still haven't gotten a phone call about the recall kit. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the service department and their inability to follow up when they say they will. More
A hood clamp popped off while being passed by an 18 wheeler on highway while making a trip across Texas. Frontier Dodge evaluated ny situation, had the clamps in stock, advised me of the approx. cost wheeler on highway while making a trip across Texas. Less than an hour later new clamps had been installed, Jeep was ready to go and best of all Frontier Dodge was able to do the work under warranty. :) More
