I was apprehensive about flying all that way and being disappointed in the truck. Zack assured me that I would not be disappointed with this truck and he was correct. It was as nice as he had explained it to me over several phone conversations he and I had, before I made the decision to fly up there. Zack explained all the accessories and features on the truck. I'm older and not too tech saavy, but Zack made it an easy learning experience for an old timer like me. As a retired Fireman, I know what great customer service is all about and I say thank you to Zack and Dan, for making my purchase and experience at Frontier Ford an excellent one. KenH p.s. Very good experience buying a 2018 Ford Raptor and very easy negotiations between the Raptor and the trade ins of my 2015 Ram 1500 and 2016 Challenger SRT 392 ( back and f buying a 2018 Ford Raptor and very easy negotiations between the Raptor and the trade ins of my 2015 Ram 1500 and 2016 Challenger SRT 392 ( back and forth twice actually a miracle ) . They gave me a fair trade in value for both vehicles and the Raptor was 6K less at Frontier Ford than anyone in the 50 mile radius. Shay Mailloux my salesman was great person to work with, The Staff was great as well. The Raptor was cleaned, full of fuel and ready to go. More

Dissapointing customer service Very disappointing experience! We live in Oregon and drove 6 hours to get a car from them, and told them this several times before and during the purc Very disappointing experience! We live in Oregon and drove 6 hours to get a car from them, and told them this several times before and during the purchase. The actual purchase experience was standard, but after the deal was done all professionalism and customer service went out the window. It took them OVER 6 WEEKS to get me the title!!! Gary, our salesperson, doesn’t ever return phone calls so after continued calling I finally got a hold of him and he said don’t worry they’ll have it in a week or so. Then I kept calling back and everyone started playing pass the buck, they kept trying to blame my bank and the DMV, but the bank and DMV both stated they tried repeatedly to get in touch with the dealership and were having no luck. Cherri is the title clerk and is honestly the most vapid individual I have dealt with in a long time, she actually said she couldn’t explain to me what the process was or why it was taking so long. Cherri did mention that she tried something new with processing the paperwork but it backfired and added extra time (but didn’t apologize for making it take longer). If that wasn’t bad enough John Bonnett and Julie Pagall (office managers) were very unhelpful in getting this resolved and kept saying that I should have known it would take this long and it was my fault. They made no effort to expedite things and were quite rude and dismissive of the entire situation. In Oregon you can only buy two 3 week trip permits per year and I was about to exhaust them so I demanded they send me a Washington trip permit to get me by, and wouldn’t you know they were magically able to scare up a title the day before my trip permits expired and they didn’t have to help. This was a very frustrating experience the whole way through and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, even if you live in Washington they clearly don’t take care of their customers after the fact. More

First Brand New car at age 60! I've owned almost new cars, but this is my FIRST new born car! I came in looking for a used car but left with a brand new one. Between the rebates and I've owned almost new cars, but this is my FIRST new born car! I came in looking for a used car but left with a brand new one. Between the rebates and incentives for the 2017 Ford Focus, the price was slashed to an unbelievable low price. My salesman was JR and I highly recommend him as your salesman. My credit is just above Fair due to student loans and other old debts that I am still paying on. Experience was good. 2 issues that were resolved Friday, Sept 8th. Bought 2016 Expedition EL Platinum that had been for sale 4-1/2 months with 16,500 miles. Excellent price and in immaculate conditio Friday, Sept 8th. Bought 2016 Expedition EL Platinum that had been for sale 4-1/2 months with 16,500 miles. Excellent price and in immaculate condition. Price had been reduced by $5,900 from when it originally went on sale. 1st issue-A little pressure from David Glenn to purchase 72 month extended warranty. Came down from a high price to a fair price of $1,700 saving roughly $ 500 from what was originally offered. 2nd issue- This is Anacortes and I live in Issaquah, 92 miles. While driving home I got a low level gas warning and had to stop in Everett for gas. Didn't have enough gas to get home from dealership. On Monday I called Rick and explained what happened. He said new cars have a full tank but used cars have about 1/8th of a tank. Said he could not and wouldn't send a small check to reimburse me and would talk to someone about it. JR called back and left a message that when I would come back to the area to stop by and they would get me some gas! I'm sure that Rick told JR to tell me that. I called back and talked to Ron the owner. I played the message back that JR had left so he could here what was said. Ron said they would cut a check for $40 to reimburse me. 2 days later I had the check delivered in the mail. Thank you Ron! This could have been resolved so much simpler with out having to go to the owner. I would still go back to Frontier for a new or used car. Sales staff very friendly and courteous except for Rick..
