Frontier Ford seemed okay for normal maintenance, but I’ve had a terrible experience with any repairs I’ve needed for my 2018 Explorer. Examples, they said they “fixed” my sun visor but it was just bent I’ve had a terrible experience with any repairs I’ve needed for my 2018 Explorer. Examples, they said they “fixed” my sun visor but it was just bent back into place and scraped the ceiling when opened. Another time I brought it in for a recall for the roof rack rails because they would get loose and fall off. The “fix” were a handful of cheap plastic clips to hold the rail cover on. Of course they just fell off and the rail cover blew away one day. Now they refuse to replace it and fix the other rail cover that’s still in place. Terrible way to support your loyal customers. My wife and I are in the market and going GMC this time. More
