Brought my car in for regular service on time. It was taken soon and then was contacted when they found another problem. I authorized the new service and then it was fixed that day. Service was extremely expensive for what little was listed on the invoice. I was getting a series of fault messages which the team cleared but did not fix. It’s probably more the fault of Ford Motor parts but my truck was at Frontier over a month. I have owned a number of car brands- Audi, Lexus, Mazda, BMW, Toyota, Jeep, Cadillac, Infiniti and have used all their service departments. Frontier Ford falls lowest on the list of my experiences. A cold, matter of fact call from the service advisor that I need to spend $2600 on A/C repair. No offer for a loaner for a two to three day repair. No call when the vehicle was ready, just a text. Advisor absent when I wanted to go over my repairs; no cashier either. I later discovered much lower prices for the same service on my A/C repair- evaporation coil replacement. After paying over $82,000 for a Platinum Expedition, I would expect more. The extra 3% charge for using a credit card on a $2800 service charge is tacky and it’s not disclosed until you present your credit card. The service personnel aren’t mean, just jaded. I will explore other service locations in the future. More

I had The Works done. ..which I thought included checking all of the fluids, but when I drove it the next day the truck overheated (244 degrees) when I stopped by a friends ..which I thought included checking all of the fluids, but when I drove it the next day the truck overheated (244 degrees) when I stopped by a friends auto shop he had to add almost 2 gallons of coolant. also I noticed that the windshield washer container was empty.
