My advisor seemed good. Maybe he didn't fully look at my work to be done or It might be the system not informing him what I needed things taken care o for the truck. 2 days Maybe he didn't fully look at my work to be done or It might be the system not informing him what I needed things taken care o for the truck. 2 days later I got a txt saying I had leaking from transmission cap/ rear differentials needed to be checked. This seemed like it needed be handle that day. As of right now I can't bring the truck back in. So hopefully my truck doesn't break down. Would have been nice to been called and informed of this when my truck was in the shop. I don't think Raymond knew about it, so it could be the system not informing him or the tech, I don't know. Either way it was to late for me take it back in. More

Started off bad, I was rudely told to wait in my car and “we’ll come to you”. Several agents were working on their computers and ignored me until I came inside their space to ask what I needed to do to che “we’ll come to you”. Several agents were working on their computers and ignored me until I came inside their space to ask what I needed to do to check in. I waited in my car maybe 10 minutes until an agent came out to receive me. After going over the details of my service I was given a timeline to complete the work. After being conveniently unable to reproduce the sound I have been experiencing the last year I was told to pick up my car and come back when the noise had returned. I called for an hour straight, being bounced around from voicemail to voicemail, back to the operator who kept sending me back to the voicemail even after I told her not to do that, then finally getting in touch with the general sales manager quickly made it right and I got the information I needed to pick up my car. The dealership seemed like it was unorganized and ill prepared to deal with any customers and worse follow through. Like, get it together More
