My experience is overwhelmingly positive, I’ve started working with Majic back in June of this year on trying to get the Ranger Raptor. It was a challenge getting the truck due to its rarity and in the lo working with Majic back in June of this year on trying to get the Ranger Raptor. It was a challenge getting the truck due to its rarity and in the look that I wanted it in. Majic did everything he could to help me and never forgot about me even though months have passed. Finally early October he has informed me that the truck has arrived and ready for me to take a look at it. On October 10th I was there to look at the truck and work on getting the process started of me trying to get this truck to be mine at last, obviously everything has worked out great! For that I have to also thank one of the managers there, Dennis, who helped me out so much with getting the best deal I can for my old car, explaining to me how the whole process works in terms of me getting the truck in the way that was really clear and easy to follow and just in general a really cool and understanding guy to talk to. Additionally wanted to thank the financial advisor Victor (hope I got the title right, if not my apologies) but he has helped me tremendously on getting the best financing on my new truck and at the same time was very informative about finances in life as well which was really great to learn about. I have nothing but good things to say about my visit last week but once again I would like to give my special thanks to Majic who has made it all happen for me, connected me with the great people that worked hard on helping me get the truck and also would like to thank Tim in parts for referring me to Majic in the first place. Not only has he helped me with finding a group of people that helped me get the truck I wanted but he has been incredibly helpful with helping the shop that I work for, getting the right parts and answering any questions that we may have here at the shop. Thank you guys, will make sure to refer more people your way that are interested in ford products and services!🤝 More
