I was having issues programming the new keys to my Ford Focus. I finally gave up on the YouTube video stating how to do it. I was pleasantly surprised just how personable and friendly the Service Manager E Focus. I finally gave up on the YouTube video stating how to do it. He understood my frustrations and with an empathetic sincerity, assured me that it will be taken care of in a timely matter. He actually told me he was going to stick it out and put off his lunch until it was 100% complete and I was satisfied. I will definitely be taking my Ford and Non-Ford vehicles to them in the future.
