I took my car a Saturday around 10 they assign me an advisor “Manny” he let me know the services that my car needed. He also was at front to let me know that I may not get my car ready that day because advisor “Manny” he let me know the services that my car needed. He also was at front to let me know that I may not get my car ready that day because they were very busy but will try his best to get ready by the end of the day any how will be give a call. He call me around 4:25 and let me know that car was ready. My car have a lot of things to be done 60,000 miles, change all the retires etc…. Any how I got my car ready before 5p. Manny the advisor Nice person, efficient and friendly. I would suggest, look for him. More

She was very informative and extremely knowledgeable about every single car. She is also very easy on the eyes. I picked out a car and bought it! Never so happy with Frontier Toyota. Remarkable service, which Johnny Salinas helped with the finance and put me together on a great extended warranty. I will never forget the kindness of this dealership. Greg Irvin was so kind and he actually bought me lunch when I waited for the dreaded final part where I part with my money. 💰 I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and honesty. Belen was the best salesperson I’ve ever met as she really cared about what I wanted in a vehicle. I will be forever grateful ☺️ thank you Frontier Toyota! More
12/3 afternoon: Hannah phoned me about recall parts arriving, then scheduled my appointment for 9/4 for servicing. 9/4 morning: A service advisor (not Jack or Carlos) told me the parts had not arrived arriving, then scheduled my appointment for 9/4 for servicing. 9/4 morning: A service advisor (not Jack or Carlos) told me the parts had not arrived. He checked inside, returned, and repeated that the parts were not there. I spoke with service manager, who confirmed the parts were indeed there. Also, my 12/3 appointment (made in November for other recall work) did not appear on the advisor’s tablet. Both show that there is a likely "disconnect" between the appointment system and what advisors access on their tablets, that problem being with caused by software or people. Positive note: Excellent servicing by Jack and Carlos. Bottom line: Demonstrably bad communication on dates noted. More
