I had a Tacoma with paint issues under a courtesy extended warranty-type recall. I brought it in not really knowing what to expect. Since my eligibility was to expire the next day, Valerie got right extended warranty-type recall. I brought it in not really knowing what to expect. Since my eligibility was to expire the next day, Valerie got right on it, starting a claim, and getting me a rental car. Communication was great and service was even better.
