Had a simple service appointment at 10:00 . Was finished at 2:30 pm .Was told it would be finished around 1:00. I was told about uber voucher and I wished I used it .It seems the scheduling need Was finished at 2:30 pm .Was told it would be finished around 1:00. I was told about uber voucher and I wished I used it .It seems the scheduling needs to be improved .To have an appointment for a basic oil change ,tire rotation etc and then have to wait 4 and a half hours just doesn’t cut it for me .
