in the past 20 years, I have purchased seven Toyota's from Frontier Toyota. I bought a Prius an Avalon a Tacoma and a Tacoma pro in 1990. In 2000 I bought my 2000 Camry from Frontier Toyota . I’ve had it serviced there every 6 months and that is why it is still running like a new car. Of course it doesn’t have the extras tat new cars have I’ve had it serviced there every 6 months and that is why it is still running like a new car. Of course it doesn’t have the extras tat new cars have but it is easy to drive. I have an old Garman GPS that works on the cigaret lighter which no one uses for its original purpose. I recently bought a 2026 Prius Plug-In and had a highly specific service request: removing a pre-installed aftermarket security system, properly soldering/heat-shrinking the wiring with liquid electrical tape, and fixing the screw holes left in the dash. My Service Advisor, Mr. Arshak, handled everything perfectly. He ordered the exact materials I requested and went above and beyond by ordering a brand-new dash panel instead of just patching the old one. He also had the Shop Foreman, Mr. Richard, personally perform the work. The customer service was top-tier. Arshak kept me updated, arranged a seamless rental car service, and stayed incredibly flexible with my schedule. When I picked up the car, it was beautifully washed. Arshak even escorted me to the parts department, where a fantastic gentleman on the team carefully researched home charging adapters for me, while Mr. Richard gave me expert insight into the flawless repair. Shoutout also to Mr. Gian in sales for making the initial purchase of my dream car so easy. Frontier Toyota is an honest, ethical dealership that actually listens to its customers. I purchased an extended warranty because I completely trust this team. They have earned a customer for life, and I will be sending all my family and friends their way! More
