His Sales Manager worked with him to get me a deal that I was happy with. I left with an F-150 that I absolutely love and a deal that fit my budget. We were unable to complete a deal until the next day. All throughout everyone was incredibly helpful and informative. THEN, I had regrets and decided I preferred the other vehicle. I came back to the dealership to see if they would consider allowing to return and purchase the other vehicle. Even though they had already made a sale and there was no benefit to them to take the time to do the exchange, they did it for me. This dealership has earned my business and I will always come to McCoy Mills when I am ready to purchase a Ford.
