LORENC SZASZ was the epitome of patience as he stayed 30 minutes after closing to START showing me vehicles. We test drove two similar vehicles and began negotiating on a purchase. We were unable to complete a deal until the next day. All throughout everyone was incredibly helpful and informative. THEN, I had regrets and decided I preferred the other vehicle. I came back to the dealership to see if they would consider allowing to return and purchase the other vehicle. Even though they had already made a sale and there was no benefit to them to take the time to do the exchange, they did it for me. This dealership has earned my business and I will always come to McCoy Mills when I am ready to purchase a Ford.
