I had my beloved Chrysler Town and country Van for 13 years and loved everything about it. (I also bought that from Fury Motors So St Paul and always had it serviced there) It finally came to the end of years and loved everything about it. I will say that every employee at Fury Motors that I have had contact with in the 13 years I have been a customer there at South St Paul has always been kind, courteous, respectful, and seemed very happy to be employed there. I swore I wouldn't replace my van unless I found something I loved more. Well, I found it! I looked on Fury Motors website and saw they had two used 2020 Lincoln Nautilus; both were in my price range. I looked at the pictures and studied the features list (and confirmed with a sales rep that it did indeed have my "wish list"). I looked at the vehicle and knew I made the right choice; I thought it was beautiful, very stylish, and a good size for me. I am female, five feet and change. I thought finally, a car designed for someone my size, not someone six feet tall and 250+ pounds! It is so well engineered, I LOVE this car! I owned two Audi's in the past and thought those were well engineered (and my van as well, but this Nautilus has them all beat! These are the reasons why I love the Nautilus: 1. I can just get in the car, I don't have to climb up into it I needed running boards to get into my van before. I also don't struggle to get out of it as the seat automatically moves back several inches for ease of entry/exit, and there are 3 seat memories so it automatically adjusts to your preferences with the push of a button.. 2, It has an "executive" key feature that when it senses that key is in the vehicle. it adjusts the mirrors, the seat, the steering wheel, daylight headlight preferences: (several options) etc. (I've never had a car pull out in front of me when I have had the headlights on) 3. The navigation isn't only on the control console, it also has the next turn on the dash next to the speedometer so you don't have to turn your head to look at it. 4. The steering wheel seems more my size as well, and adjusts up/down and in and out; my elbow rests on comfortably on the center console armrest perfectly, I don't have to have my shoulder in an uncomfortable position with an armrest made for a tall person that makes my shoulder hurt. 5. It has a lot of the features of the $100,000 Jeep Grand Cherokee for half as much (even new!) when it senses the key is within a couple of feet, it has a light that shines on the ground to light up the area around the door of the car, also the handles and the rear of the car. 6. The interior is two toned also which is very attractive and not as hot as an all dark interior. 7. There are two open storage areas under the center storage console where you could put a phone for easy access and one larger. It has two covered storage areas as well in the center console. 8. I love the push button shifting feature on the dash instead of a dial and push button on upper dash for glove compartment as well. I almost have to pinch myself and ask; is this really MY car? More

Terrible Service from this dealership. I have been to this dealership twice for oil changes. The first time I purchased a 2 pack synthetic oil change package. After the service, I was cont I have been to this dealership twice for oil changes. The first time I purchased a 2 pack synthetic oil change package. After the service, I was contacted by Fury who rudely demanded a 5 star review for the Dealership. Because I purchased a 2 pack, I decided to give them another try. After attempting to schedule an appointment 3 times by phone with no success. After stopping in to make an appointment, which was not an easy task, I scheduled an appointment. Upon showing up for my appointment, I again talked to this person at the express desk. In telling her my frustration with the review call, I asked her to remove me from any further Fury contact. I stated that I would give the dealership a 1 star if I was contacted like that again. Her response was poor. She stated that it would only affect her and that she could get fired. After the oil change, I went home and checked the oil level. I found the engine cover loose in the engine compartment. But worse than that, they put non-synthetic oil in my engine. I paid for synthetic and it had synthetic in it based on the last receipt from Fury. When I called her back, I stated my frustration and that this was only my second visit to Fury. Her response was I know you have been here at least 2 times before. Clearly this person should not be dealing with customers. I will never go back to this dealership again for service or to purchase a vehicle. More
