When me and my wife first arrived we were greeted by the friendly staff. Anthony was the first sales person we worked with and he ran from South St. Paul to Stillwater to grab the vehicle we wanted to see s friendly staff. After the test drive of a few vehicles we still had shopping to do and they were very understanding and not pushy. They also held the vehicle we wanted for 24 hours so we could shop around some more and not worry about losing the vehicle we were interested in. We returned 2 days later to compare the vehicles we liked side by side this time with Mike helping us. Even though I wanted to buy a 2012 Mike offered a less expensive option that was comparable to the vehicle we wanted. I still went with the 2012 but it was nice to know that they had my best interests in mind and didn't leave any stone un-turned. Paul was the finance director and he made the final process of buying the vehicle easy to understand and explained all the options we had to help protect our new vehicle. I will defiantly be returning to buy my future vehicle from these guys. More

Just purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country Touring-L. The dealership facility is very nice and they have a lot of vehicles on-site. My wife and I drove about 3.5 hours to purchase this van. Everything was great when we arrived, except we the vehicle had a chipped windshield, which we weren't told about. With a bit of discussion, Hayes came down enough in price to cover the windshield, so we were happy. The only thing holding us from rating this a "top car buying experience" are the missing floormats from the van, which were in the Internet photos. Hopefully the dealership will get those sent to us soon, and I'll update this posting accordinly. Very friendly service from Amy and Megan. This dealership is worth a try!! More

Joe was a great guy! He was very professional, but still very relaxed, casual, and friendly while dealing with us. He didn't try to get us to spend more than we could afford, and he was never pushy. We initially left without buying, indicating we wanted to "sleep on it". Joe kept in touch with us, and made sure all of our questions were answered before buying. He took ample time explaining every little detail to me and was dealing on the price for several weeks. No matter how many questions I asked and believe me I asked a ton, Jo Jo was there every step of the way to help. Jo Jo made this car deal fun and exciting and I’m truly glad after months of shopping I finally found someone who understood what I wanted and never stopped trying until he got me in the Jeep I wanted! They were also fair with my trade-in, were competitively priced, and had many good financing options available.
