New 2020 Ram Truck from FURY. Tire started shaking when we were traveling to Florida. Dealership their said it had fix a flat in it. We had to have bought it that way. It stopped shaking.. Since then the tread has almost worn entirely off/gone while all other tires are like new. 30k miles. Tires were rotated. Fury is trying to figure our how the fix a fat got there instead of replacing our tire. More

I waited several days to write this review and make sure I get the point across about my experience. I recently sold a long time car I was in love with but had to sell due to maintenance on it. I did all I get the point across about my experience. I recently sold a long time car I was in love with but had to sell due to maintenance on it. I did all my homework on the new truck I wanted and reached out to the dealer. Did I mention I'm in Texas and this dealership is in Minnesota? One of my first questions was if they offered shipping on the truck, it's a 17 plus hour drive. So logically shipping would be the best option. I had a bank already lined up but gave the dealership the opportunity to find some better options. I don't have any issues with the sales rep or finance department. I do have an issue when I get everything done and the lender pays the dealership for my car to sit there for a week with no word on what's going on. I then again reached out to the dealership and let them know how I felt. I was then contacted by Jennifer Kunkel, who I still have no idea who she really was there. She came off rude and wanted to just argue about what the dates were as far as shipping. I was told by the sales rep a few days to pick up after payment of the truck from the lender and a few days shipping. I was told shipping was around 800, but they could not get anyone to pick it up. I had no other car, I had sold mine and had my other car in the shop. I then attempted to find my own transport for the truck prices ranging from 1200-1600, which Ms. Kunkel found amusing that I had found up to 15 companies willing to pick up the truck . I thought it would be wiser to fly out and go get the truck, so I gave the dealership notice that I would be there the next day to pick up and I did not want anything besides my keys and to get the xxxx out of there. I fly in and still have to wait around for Ms Kunkel to decide to come up front with the keys which I had texted her the exact minute I was going to be there, overall terrible experience with the management or whatever she is. Save your money for a dealership that cares, not one that just takes your money and hide. (Side note: found out Jennifer Kunkel is sales reps mother, EXPLAINS A LOT!) More

I would not recommend Fury Motors. The service is way overpriced. No confidence in the service advisor. After paying my bill I was contacted the following day because he forgot to add the towing bill. No overpriced. No confidence in the service advisor. We just purchased a Ram Power Wagon and had Jenn Kunkle help us out. We have bought a couple other cars from Jenn and as usual she treated us like family. She took the time to educate us on both trucks we help us out. We have bought a couple other cars from Jenn and as usual she treated us like family. She took the time to educate us on both trucks we were thinking about buying. Jenn was super knowledgeable about each truck and made it super easy to buy. She listened to our needs and help us select a truck from those needs. Nicole in financing was super fast and had out deal financed really fast. I think we were in and out of there in a few hours not all day like some dealerships. If your looking to buy a new car or truck you would be silly not to go to Fury and ask for Jenn. Jenn even gave our lil ones special baked cookies while we did paper work. More
