For better or worse Had a somewhat decent experience. All of the employees we encountered at Waconia Ford were very friendly and there was no pressure to purchase a car. We had completed our online research and Waconia was our first dealership to visit 'in the very friendly and there was no pressure to purchase a car. We had completed our online research and Waconia was our first dealership to visit 'in the field'. We didn't plan on buying a car that day but we found the perfect car for us at a fair price.
