Booked 10 AM appt. Was a little late but was helped by a friendly technician. Told me it would take about two hours to do the oil change and recall. Signed paperwork and was on my way. Was able to get appointment in a weeks time unlike the other car dealers in Elk Grove which now take over a month to get a simple oil change.
