Trae was helpful with final documents. A nice fella from Finance (Tony?) helped with a final issue making sure I was safe and ready to drive away. They charged it up for me (though the charge limiting was set at 75% and I'd rather have gotten 100% but that's a minor quibble) and got me in and out of dealership faster than any other car buying experience I've ever had. No unnecessary pressure about add-ons or any of that malarkey. Just good pricing and quick service. Only wish they were my local dealership, but well worth the drive to get there. More
Turns out that the family has had a lifelong relationship with this dealership. Having just leased (first time leasee) a EV Blazer, I recalled a photo of my father from 1985 buying what would become my firs with this dealership. One benefit of not worrying about the exterior of the building is being able to have a number of vehicles at a great value compared to higher overhead locations. Trae and Gavin were a pleasure to work with and leaving with the Blazer is 100% Trae's doing (along with finance!) to make what my wife and I thought was a simple test drive of a Blazer with enough battery juice to give us a real test drive experience into an upgrade in the family fleet. More

The experience was great, friendly and professional staff. The only unfortunate thing was the extensive wait for the finance department, and I believe that was due to the timing of multiple customers g staff. The service department could not fix the car saying that Chevrolet does not have the part in stock anymore. I was still charged $418.00 for labor which should not have been that much, if any at all. My outside mechanic found a used part and installed it, however it shook my faith in Chevrolet, and I was apprehensive to drive it anymore and had to sell it at a loss.... purchased a new Toyota which is more reliable.
