I didn't expect to have such a great experience at a large city dealer. Everyone we interacted with was professional (but not stiff), fun, friendly, and patient as well as responsive to questions and re large city dealer. Our last dealer visit (at another location) was fine but a bit stressful (and left us wondering if we'd been duped) whereas this visit was great. Bailey was upfront and honest. He didn't play games and helped us make a good decision about buying out our previous lease, leasing a new vehicle, or purchasing. Gavin was also very helpful selecting finance terms and protection plans. Glad we snagged one of the last remaining Bolts. More

Great customer service. I arrived on Saturday to find out your system was down. They couldn’t check you in and your staff was doing their best to take care of the customers. I arrived on Saturday to find out your system was down. They couldn’t check you in and your staff was doing their best to take care of the customers. I was asked why I came in and I let Trevor know it was for an oil change. We chatted about the 60,000 mile service and asked if I could get the spark plugs changes. The computers came back up and my car was done by 10;30 am. More
