Made an appointment for 7:15 on Tuesday for 4 new tires and alignment. They said it would be a little while. I assumed maybe 2 hours because how long could it really take to put on tires and alignment. Aft and alignment. They said it would be a little while. I assumed maybe 2 hours because how long could it really take to put on tires and alignment. After 3 hours I asked what is going on? They said they only have 1 alignment person and had lots of alignments came in. Ok I understand but that should have been told to me in the beginning, and I would have requested a ride back home. A total of 4 hours later and they finished. The tires are filthy and should have been cleaned. Do a better job if you want people to recommend you. More
