Future Chevrolet - Service Center

Made an appointment for 7:15 on Tuesday for 4 new tires and alignment. They said it would be a little while. I assumed maybe 2 hours because how long could it really take to put on tires and alignment. Aft and alignment. They said it would be a little while. They said they only have 1 alignment person and had lots of alignments came in. Ok I understand but that should have been told to me in the beginning, and I would have requested a ride back home. A total of 4 hours later and they finished. The tires are filthy and should have been cleaned. Do a better job if you want people to recommend you. More

Future Chevrolet on Madison avenue in Sacramento has no clue when it comes to communication inside their company. Recent service issue with my battery confirmed it. Also to have a hassle getting a loaner v clue when it comes to communication inside their company. Recent service issue with my battery confirmed it.
