I can't express the gratitude I have for Andy Weber, Service Advisor. He is the true definition of exceptional customer service. My family was first introduced to Andy when we brought my son's Ford F Service Advisor. He is the true definition of exceptional customer service. My family was first introduced to Andy when we brought my son's Ford Fusion in for a blown head gasket. Our original service advisor was out on leave, and Andy stepped in to take over our file. From that moment on, he treated us like we were his top priority. Not long after that, Andy also helped coordinate repairs on my own vehicle. What impressed me the most was his dedication. Even while he was preparing to marry the love of his life, he never stopped communicating with me about my car. I never had to call for updates because Andy always stayed one step ahead, keeping me informed every step of the way. Recently, my car began having serious mechanical issues. Naturally, Andy was the first person I called. He immediately told me to bring it in, and he would take care of everything. The next day, I had AAA tow my vehicle to the dealership for a diagnostic inspection. That afternoon, Andy called with the results. A few hours later, he delivered the difficult news that the repairs were not covered under my warranty. As a single parent working two jobs, hearing that my only means of transportation needed expensive repairs was devastating. It felt like the weight of the world had been placed on my shoulders. Even though the situation was completely out of his control, Andy showed genuine empathy and compassion. He understood what I was going through and made me feel heard, supported, and cared for during one of the most stressful moments of my life. Instead of simply delivering bad news, Andy immediately began working with the sales team to help find another solution. My vehicle was towed to the dealership on Wednesday, and by Friday, thanks to Andy's dedication and teamwork, I was driving home in a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport. That experience changed my life. Working in a service department can't be easy, especially when you're the person who has to deliver news customers never want to hear. Andy handled everything with professionalism, honesty, compassion, and sincerity. He apologized for circumstances that weren't even his fault because he truly cared about how they affected me. What means even more to me is that when I walked into his office recently, he greeted me by my first name. That simple gesture reminded me that I wasn't just another repair order or customer number—I was someone he genuinely remembered and cared about. Andy Weber is truly God-sent. His kindness, integrity, communication, and commitment to his customers are second to none. Because of him, I never have to worry when my vehicle needs service. I know it will be in the best hands possible. Thank you, Andy, for going above and beyond, for treating me with dignity and compassion, and for reminding me that there are still people who genuinely care. You have earned my trust for life, and I will always choose you as my Service Advisor. More
Ali Alfaraj deserves every award for outstanding customer service. I can't thank Ali enough for everything he did for me. I came into the dealership in a very difficult situation after finding out my tran service. I can't thank Ali enough for everything he did for me. I came into the dealership in a very difficult situation after finding out my transmission had gone out. I was faced with spending $8,000 on a new transmission or trying to buy another vehicle. To make matters more challenging, I had credit issues and no money for a down payment. Most people would have told me there was nothing they could do, but not Ali. From the very beginning, he was determined to find a solution. Every time one lender required a down payment or another obstacle came up, he never gave up. He kept searching, kept negotiating, and kept fighting for me until he found the right approval. Even when I started losing hope, Ali stayed positive and reassured me that everything would work out. He told me to trust him, and I'm so glad I did. What meant the most wasn't just that he got me approved with no down payment—it was the way he treated me throughout the entire process. He genuinely cared about my situation and never made me feel like just another customer. When I felt defeated and overwhelmed, Ali gave me hope. Where I saw darkness, he shined a light and reminded me that there was a way forward. Thanks to Ali's persistence and dedication, I was able to drive away in a **2022 Ford Bronco Sport** that I absolutely love. Instead of facing an $8,000 transmission replacement, I now have a reliable vehicle that gives me peace of mind and something I can truly enjoy. While I was there, I also watched him helping other customers with the same level of kindness, patience, and dedication. It became clear that this is simply who he is. He truly cares about every person who walks through the dealership doors and works tirelessly to help them. Ali, thank you for believing in me when I was struggling to believe in myself. Because of your hard work, persistence, and genuine compassion, I was able to drive away in my **2022 Ford Bronco Sport** with no down payment. You turned one of the most stressful experiences of my life into one of the most rewarding, and I'll never forget what you did for me. If you're looking for someone who will fight for you, treat you with respect, and truly care about your outcome, ask for Ali Alfaraj. He is simply the best. Thank you for changing my life and helping me get back on the road with confidence. More
I was there Sunday May 18, and I’m so disappointed in the unpleasant experience that I had, the sales person that offer to help me didn’t even try to get me into the truck I wanted to buy from them fist told unpleasant experience that I had, the sales person that offer to help me didn’t even try to get me into the truck I wanted to buy from them fist told me that my trade in was worth nothing really that they couldn’t sell my used car in their lot lol (2014 Nissan Rogue sv pearl white) so I’ll be getting nothing really for it , he’s appraisal was horrible because he missed the $800 tires I have in the car yet he was more concerned of my down payment, maybe it was the sales man but I personally wouldn’t recommend on buying from them. Incredibly disappointed with the service department at Future Ford of Concord. I called ahead to schedule an urgent oil change for my 2023 Bronco Raptor and was given a confirmed appointment. It took me o Future Ford of Concord. I called ahead to schedule an urgent oil change for my 2023 Bronco Raptor and was given a confirmed appointment. It took me over 30 minutes to drive to the dealership, only to be made to wait another 30 minutes in the service drive before I was even addressed. When someone finally did speak to me, they bluntly stated they couldn't see me today—despite my scheduled appointment. They offered absolutely zero apologies, provided no alternative solutions, and essentially told me to 'figure it out' myself. It is completely unacceptable to confirm a service appointment, waste an hour of a customer's time, and then dismiss them with that level of unprofessionalism. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly recommend others avoid this service department. More
Dinhonest finance guys. We went in with a pre-approval from Capital One. They told us that we 'had' to fill in their own paperwork and that this was standard. They told us t We went in with a pre-approval from Capital One. They told us that we 'had' to fill in their own paperwork and that this was standard. They told us they would run our credit one time and would then attach that to the pre-approval. Instead they took their own initiative to 'shop around' for loans resulting in 5 hard inquiries on my credit. Told me some story that Capital One was not good as they took 6 months to pay up. Lied about only one credit pull, lied about lending process, coerced into signing forms we didnt want to. More
There are good things and some bad things. We flew in from Colorado to buy a vehicle. Their pre-process communication is okay. It could use some work. Because they didn't get back to us soon We flew in from Colorado to buy a vehicle. Their pre-process communication is okay. It could use some work. Because they didn't get back to us sooner, the flight into the area went up significantly in cost from what it was. However, the communication regarding the loan process was good. They worked to get it under contract so it was reserved for us. The communication about how it works from California to Colorado could be better, but I fault that on the confusing nature of how California works. The great: They picked us up from the Airport in style. We really appreciated that level of excellence. The process in the dealership was relatively smooth and straightforward especially when working with an outside lender. They were not pushy with any extra warranties/service. They mentioned it, but didn't push it more than once. Although they did sneak in a VIN charge despite telling us that our price was out the door. The loan process had to be redone in order to add both of us to the registration and title paperwork. That we will take part blame on us. However, the finance manager worked hard to get us everything we needed for our state and get the paperwork corrected. So a little stress but resolved. The Bad: I don't know how this vehicle was "certified," as we have already needed to get our massage function fixed on the passenger side as we were told it was a bad motor--and it was making that louder sound upon test driving. We also have other issues that should have been resolved such as severe wind noise (that test drive didn't reveal) and road noise. Our camera image has a red hue to it as well. And the vehicle wasn't detailed very well. Also concerning is a crackle/whine when accelerating especially when under load. Also the driver side seat has reset its bolsters, while driving, at times (22 way seats). Thus, I would say if you are going to buy from them and they promise it was "meticulously inspected" get it 3rd party inspected. Don't rely on them telling you its in good working order. And if you are buying out of state, see if you can coordinate a 3rd party to inspect it as apparently Lincoln/service department cannot be trusted to accurately report issues. I would say consider buying with them, but do your due diligence with the quality of the vehicle. So while some of our experiences were good or excellent-- the initial presentation of themselves and the process. The lasting impression and the concern of its overall condition isn't good. More

I was in the process of buying a vehicle remotely from the internet sales division. During the process of financing and buying the vehicle I asked the sales person to verify what items were on the van. I the internet sales division. During the process of financing and buying the vehicle I asked the sales person to verify what items were on the van. I was buying this van for construction work and need a tow pkg for my trailer. I discovered that they were falsely advertising a factory tow package that wasn't included with the vehicle. I asked for them to install that option since it was advertised and they refused. I feel like they are not a trust worthy dealership and I would be very cautious in using them. I also had to repeatedly ask for a copy of the contract to see the breakdown on finance charges as well as the other cost and never did get one. I did manage to get them to come down from a $718 payment to a $630. I had to ask him multiple times to shop for a better interest rate. Watch out for the bait and switch not a trust worthy stealership!!!! More
I went and purchased a Ford Explorer for my wife which I was told was all wheel drive. I had full conversation with the sales rep about the benefits of a 4 wheel drive in the snow. Turns out the guy had was told was all wheel drive. I had full conversation with the sales rep about the benefits of a 4 wheel drive in the snow. Turns out the guy had lied to me or didn’t know it was on a two wheel drive. I went back and told them just to sell me a brand new car and put everything I paid for the original towards the new one. But, they are trying to short me approximately $14k on doing the swap. So, for them to correct the issue and “help” me out, I will be losing my down payment I originally made and will not be refunded the taxes and fees. This was there mistake, I would have never bought the SUV if it was not a 4 wheel drive. I told the guy that was my only requirement I had. More
