My scheduled appointment went very well I had a scheduled appointment for normal maintenance that was handled by Brad when I arrived. I wanted to wait for the vehicle but Brad indicated that I had a scheduled appointment for normal maintenance that was handled by Brad when I arrived. I wanted to wait for the vehicle but Brad indicated that it would take about 2.5hours. Brad authorized a Lyft ride back home for me. A couple of hours later I received a call from him that the vehicle was ready but if I could wait another hour to pick up, he would have my vehicle washed. Confidence in Thoroughness Tested I have taken my car here for service since it was new. The service department has always been stellar. I just visited them for a 90,000-mile inspectio I have taken my car here for service since it was new. The service department has always been stellar. I just visited them for a 90,000-mile inspection. I spent $558.00 on the inspection. One of the items was a car wash. I don't expect hand detailing, but when I received my car, it had not been washed. This is a small thing, but I now wonder what other shortcuts the service department may have taken, either large or small. More
