I took my car in for a recall part while I was t I hate to write this review because Mike at Ford service is a really nice guy and very accommodating. I took my car in for a recall part while I was there I wanted the rear windshield wiper changed because when they sold me the car it was too big and I didn’t check to see if it was the right size. I paid for the new wiper and told them the other one was the wrong size. After my car was done, I drive off and try my new wiper and it’s still too big. Wrong rear windshield wiper for the 2nd time. Do they not test it out before returning your car to you? More
