In one day I went to several different dealerships from Antioch Ca to Dublin Ca before walking into Future Ford Of Concord. I did some online info searching on different types of cars I would like, I had emailed their website. Angel and Omed contacted me right away with vehicles. I walked in, never felt pressured, assured me countless times that I was in good hands and we were going to find the vehicle I wanted. Of course we looked at 3 or 4 different cars and I ended up buying a 2019 Ford Fusion. The managers came out and congratulated everyone single person who bought a car while I was there. Honestly, just from the way I was treated when I walked in, it was kind of like a family member trying to help you get where you want to be. My trucks engine blew and I needed a car. Usually sales guys would pressure you because you’re desperate for a car. Not the case here. I let them know what my budget was and they were super helpful and really worked at helping me find a car that would fit my budget. I don’t recommend going in without a vehicle in mind. You should definitely review the website or at least know what kind of vehicle you are interested in. I was lucky. If you want to be lucky to, walk in to Future Ford Of Concord in California.!!! More

Ripped off! I went in because I kept hearing my engine kept coming back on. Paid $175.00 for useless software removal. Gimme a brake! I had my car brought in to fix the brakes. There were some hiccups before it finally got fixed (thus minus 1 star), but what really impressed me was I had my car brought in to fix the brakes.
