I have been this Honda dealer twice since it was bought out by Future. The first time it cost almost 3K and they forgot to do the extra task I had asked them to do. This time it was almost $600 and they out by Future. The first time it cost almost 3K and they forgot to do the extra task I had asked them to do. This time it was almost $600 and they sprayed "air freshener" in the vents without asking and I happen to be allergic so nausea and headaches for these last two days and their recommendation to fix the front windshield sensor that was loose was to spend almost 2K to replace all of it and recalibrate. Prior to the appointment I signed up on line and listed things I wanted checked out. I will not do this again since the person signing me in had no idea what I wrote down and I had to go over it again. I had such great service with Maita and Carmichael Honda's, this is such a disappointment, I will give it one more try, maybe More

I took my car for appraisal after already knowing my Kelly BlueBooks value. The technician Steven, asked for my key & left me waiting for 30 minutes. After no communication that whole time, and my car noticeably having been driven, he casually told me the appraisal generated was worth less than half my KB offer. Needless to say, I said that’ll be a no. I felt disrespected for not being asked for consent to drive my vehicle as well as my time wasted since I already knew the ballpark of my vehicle’s worth. The sales department was respectful though. More
