Had a great experience at future ford Roseville buying my new (to me) ford f150. A guy there named Dallas was awesome and introduced me to Michael R who found the perfect truck within my budget. I recently visited Future Ford of Roseville for an appointment with Kyle Spangenberg, a sales representative. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the details of th appointment with Kyle Spangenberg, a sales representative. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the details of the car I was interested in. He also allowed me to take a lengthy test drive, even stopping by another store to check out additional inventory. His friendly and professional approach made the experience enjoyable. After the test drive, I met with his manager, Dallas Thorsteinsson, who went over the numbers for my potential purchase. The team worked diligently to offer fair pricing and tried their best to structure a deal within my budget. Unfortunately, due to the negative equity in my trade-in, I wasn’t able to move forward at that time. To my surprise, I later received a call from their General Sales Manager, Marlon Risch. He personally thanked me for visiting and asked what he could do to earn my business. Marlon went above and beyond, finding an even better deal than I initially expected. While I ultimately couldn’t proceed due to my trade-in situation, I truly appreciated the effort and customer service provided by the entire team. Even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle, I had an outstanding experience at Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville. Their team is professional, dedicated, and genuinely committed to helping their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next car! More

This is for finance and the sales managers ONLY. My son purchased a "certified" 2016 King Ranch F150 on 12/16/23. In finance, Steve presented him with a service contract that supposedly covered ev My son purchased a "certified" 2016 King Ranch F150 on 12/16/23. In finance, Steve presented him with a service contract that supposedly covered everything except maintenance, has rental and technology coverage and a $50 deductible if my son brought it back to Future. 2 days later, the truck started having intermittent issues with the cameras, stereo and sunroof. When my son took it to Elk Grove Ford for his oil change, they were not able to duplicate those issues but found that the rear differential is leaking. My son took his truck BACK to Future Ford of Roseville and GUESS WHAT?! His service contract covers nothing that he was told it covers. He purchased this for almost $3500.00 and it has NO rental OR technology package! Future also found that there is a MAJOR exhaust leak due to the manifold being bent and there is no coverage for that either! Future Ford of Sacramento performed a rear differential flush on 12/6/23 and they are NOT backing their WORK now that it's leaking!!!!!! Now, my son is stuck with a truck with a leaking rear differential, a $12000 exhaust repair that his service contract does NOT cover, cameras and back-up sensors that don't work, a sunroof with a broken track, TPMS sensors that don't work and steering wheel controls that are faulty. He would NOT have purchased THIS truck if he was not able to get a service contract that covers these items!!!! I have contacted Marlon, the GSM. Still no answer on these issues. I emailed the "customer satisfaction" department. No response. My son's truck was there for a MONTH. He got it back last night with only 3 of the 12 concerns fixed. When he started it this morning, the exhaust leak is even louder AND now his serpentine belt is squeaking on a cold start. DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE HERE. DO NOT PURCHASE A SERVICE CONTRACT UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PURCHASE ONE THAT YOU WERE NOT PRESENTED WITH. Bait and switch is a fraudulent practice but that's what they do. More

It’s been a few years since I bought my truck. I like the truck, it’s not perfect but it’s OK. However, the buying process sucked and they lied. I know it’s shocking right? I HATE having to even deal with them for 1 second. I don’t understand what kind of person can look at themselves, their kids, their dogs, knowing that they work somewhere where the whole idea is you will get rewarded for how gross of a person you can be. This dealership must win a bunch of awards for that. We all know they are going to lie about big stuff, but they will also lie right down to the smallest things. I’ve been to other Ford dealerships in the area, and yes they are still cars salesmen, but they aren’t nearly as slimy. More
