Service done right Service was prompt, came out to greet me upon arrival, checked in immediate, and taken home via shuttle. Went back for first service and left with cross threaded drain plug and lack of confidence in anything else they did. Went to Jiffy Lube to get leak fixed. Still looking for a trustworthy Ford dealer but doubt the product or truck dependability. Spent months trying to resolve with corporate office. I probably should have bought a Toyota. I still get requests to rate dealer so I recommend you go somewhere else More
