I purchased a Used jeep Wrangler and was treated very well. David Cooley, the salesman, was polite and knowable and there was no pressure at all. When he did not know something he found the answer, a very important thing to me. 2 days after I purchased the Jeep one of the Headlights went out. I spoke with Maria, Manager Customer Loyalty, and explained the situation. Though they were under no obligation to do anything, they offered to pay for replacements. They were customer Headlights and can only be purchased in pairs and cost $600. Amazing Service. A few days later I had a major issue with my KIA. I have been wanting to get another Nissan Altima for quite a while so I went back the see David and was pleasantly surprised they had the exact car I wanted in the color I wanted. I ending up purchasing the Altima that day. I can't say enough how much I appreciate I was was treated and the above and beyond service I received. Just wish I could give 10 Starts. More

It was the best experience of car buying and I felt that I was in good hands. No question was silly, and I had plenty! He worked endlessly to ensure satisfaction and I really felt like part of the Nissan family and that I was important! I still reach out to him to this day and he’s just as helpful even almost 2 years later! Wonderful service all around!!! More

I always have that fear of buying a car and dealing with pushy sales people, but that was not the case here. Grant took his time to listen and respond to what my wife and I were looking for. Grant Brewer and Chris Wildrick worked tirelessly to find a car for me. They pulled out all the stops to make sure I found the right equipment and the right price point, and given the car I wanted, it was n a car for me. The one thing I appreciate above the rest is they took "no" for an answer and did not try to encourage me to buy the wrong thing for me. That would have been easier for them. Instead they listened to what I wanted/needed and made it happen. Great job, guys. Marty Garcia was pleasant to work with in finance, made further accommodations, and shared valuable information about electric cars. The behind-the-scenes sales managers apparently value these two sales staff highly, because they listened to Chris and Grant and granted their wishes. Those folks need acknowledgement, too. All in all a very good day yesterday ending with a new LEAF in my garage. More
