Grant Brewer and Chris Wildrick worked tirelessly to find a car for me. They pulled out all the stops to make sure I found the right equipment and the right price point, and given the car I wanted, it was n a car for me. The one thing I appreciate above the rest is they took "no" for an answer and did not try to encourage me to buy the wrong thing for me. That would have been easier for them. Instead they listened to what I wanted/needed and made it happen. Great job, guys. Marty Garcia was pleasant to work with in finance, made further accommodations, and shared valuable information about electric cars. The behind-the-scenes sales managers apparently value these two sales staff highly, because they listened to Chris and Grant and granted their wishes. Those folks need acknowledgement, too. All in all a very good day yesterday ending with a new LEAF in my garage. More

If I could give this dealership a 0 star rating, I would. I never leave reviews but today I could not hold it in any longer, this was the last straw and I want people to know who they are giving their money I never leave reviews but today I could not hold it in any longer, this was the last straw and I want people to know who they are giving their money to. Horrible disgusting and discriminating man by the name of JON PEPPER verbally abused me and raised his voice at me in and outside of the dealership. I came in with the knowledge that I was going to pay $65 for a synthetic oil change which was said to me that it was possible over the phone just 3 hours before I physically came in. JON then started to deny that it was possible for me to get a synthetic oil change for that low of a price, because it originally is around $80. After yelling at me and arguing back and forth for about 10 minutes, he finally said they can do it for $65 because they had the coupon available (which I was saying they had all along and even showed him the online coupon and he kept denying it). After this interaction I was beyond frustrated. Not only was he raising his voice at me with everyone staring at us, I asked for the manager or any supervisor on hand and he denied getting one for me. Employees would walk by and see him arguing with me and would just avoid us without providing any help or comments to relieve this issue. He then proceeded to print out the paper work for oil change but it didn't say anywhere on the paper that I was going to pay for the synthetic. I asked where it said synthetic on the paper to confirm, and he avoided the question by proceeding to say, "I don't have all day, this paperwork is just to confirm the oil change are you going to sign or not". After that I was shocked at how an advisor spoke to me that way. He then proceeded to take a pen and write synthetic on the paper and shoved it in my face and said, "Here! See? It says synthetic. Are you going to sign or not?!" I was beyond shocked and started raising my voice at him asking why he was yelling at me and treating a customer that way. He then got out of his chair, went to get my keys for the car I left for the oil change, and said to me, "We're not going to provide service for you here, get out, you have to leave immediately". I hope Nissan customers take the time out of their day to read this awful and damaging experience and take their business elsewhere. More
My experience at Nissan Roseville, was great. I Recieved excellent customer service by service representative Jeff Jones. l currently have a breathalyzer in my vehicle, Mr Jones professionalism made it less excellent customer service by service representative Jeff Jones. l currently have a breathalyzer in my vehicle, Mr Jones professionalism made it less stressful for me, while getting a routine oil change. He advised me of other necessary repairs my car needed and even cleaned my battery post/ cables and replaced the battery in my car remote. I also want to thank the entire staff there at Roseville Nissan for being so welcoming while I sat and waited with my large dog in the lobby. I was impressed by how fast I was able to get an appointment and the customer service I received, that I will now continue to service my car only at this location. More

I'm giving Marty in finance 5 stars, he's been helpful in working with me but watch out for a couple of those guys I am ruined by them very bad.
