My mechanic performs most of the maintenance issues for my 2014 Nissan Sentra; however, there are times that he recommends the dealer to help resolve specific issues. This issue was a bit complex. Hector reviewed the information my mechanic provided. He was very professional, helpful--and extremely competent and perceptive in understanding what my mechanic needed. After the diagnostic testing, he explained the results--and also provided clear, detailed instructions (in writing) for my mechanic as well as the parts needed and pricing, etc. He went above and beyond exceeding my customer service expectations! Future Nissan of Roseville is a "well-oiled machine"--and Hector is definitely an asset!!! More
