My mechanic performs most of the maintenance issues for my 2014 Nissan Sentra; however, there are times that he recommends the dealer to help resolve specific issues. This issue was a bit complex. Hector reviewed the information my mechanic provided. He was very professional, helpful--and extremely competent and perceptive in understanding what my mechanic needed. After the diagnostic testing, he explained the results--and also provided clear, detailed instructions (in writing) for my mechanic as well as the parts needed and pricing, etc. He went above and beyond exceeding my customer service expectations!
