Very disappointed to find out g stones wants you to purchase the vehicle there to get service. Bought one from another dealer and they wouldn’t service it since it wasn’t bought there. This was only second visit to G Stone post my purchase from them. This visit didn't match my 1st, which was exceptional. The purpose of the visit was a Ford recall. When G Stone called saying they had the recall part I asked if they could change my tires which were on rims, and they said sure. When I got there I asked if Stones could check my front USB port. They said yes and did I want a wash, to which I said yes. They ran out of time which I don't understand why they didn't tell me at the front end. More

I was very disappointed and unimpressed with my recent service experience. 1) Was charged for warrantee diagnostic work. 2) They would not honor warrantee from another Ford dealer.
