Don’t go to GMC Autonation Mendenhall Memphis Tennessee I took my 2011 Buick Regal 77,000 in July 2019 for a oil change a week later my air conditioning system stop blowing cool air took it back to Aut I took my 2011 Buick Regal 77,000 in July 2019 for a oil change a week later my air conditioning system stop blowing cool air took it back to Autonation GMC a cord in the dashboard a week later doing repairs call stating they over look the condenser hii I w they where interested in tampering with customer vehicle to get them to come back and be interested in there new finance program. The cost was $1700 . They are a ripoff. More

They went beyond the call of duty with my service issues. Once my bumper to bumper warranty expired, I was tempted to consider other options for oil changes and minor issues with my SUV. However, I have been won over, for the pass four years, with their service team constant treatment of friendliness, kindness, and their concern for my vehicle. Mitchell normally works with me and has given me top notch service but my last visit was with David, who transferred from Nashville. Mitchell was my service advisor and he was extremely pleasant! He made it his duty to call me and give me every update about my repairs. I never was worried knowing Mitchell was taking care of everything for me. I had to make several visits to this location due to the magnitude of repairs but he was always so helpful and it's really inspiring knowing there are people who sincerely care about your issues rather than wanting to make a "quick buck". Everyone was great and if I have any issues or routine maintenance I'll never hesitate to visit this location. More
