I usually have a great experience with them. Myself & son have bought new vehicles from them and had services completed on them. This past service was the worst I've had. Neither Adviser acknowledged me standing between their desks until I spoke up & told them I had an appointment. I was there to have a recall completed. They said it would be about 4 or 5 hours. I had a ride back to work & waited for a call that never came. I called the following day numerous times & couldn't get anyone to answer. Their answering service in Georgia called me and said that they couldn't get anyone to answer and she would send an email to 2 Bosses in service. Still nothing. I got a ride & hoped it was done and thankfully it was. I was told it was just outside the door. I wish, hit the horn button on my key fob and heard no horn. I found it at the very end of the building in the gravel area. Hot & exhausted I get in to grease prints on my door panel and floor mats. The air bag that was replaced now has it's cover sticking up above the dash as if a clip was broken or missing. I wish I could post the pics of it. Very disappointed in service encounter and repair. More
