Randy and Greg where great I would never buy there again the Finance guy didn't include my sales tax now I'm stuck with a car I can't drive. The dealer has had the vehicle for nearly 4 weeks, and the only reason I know what is going on with the vehicle is that I had to track down the repair shop they sent it to. I can go on, but that isn’t worth it. Just look someone else. More

Manipulative My experience with them was not good. I found their listing on Cargurus.com and inquired about a truck. I made it clear though that I lived 2hrs away, what my top dollar was, the max length I'd be willing to go with the loan, and what I was able to put down. Obviously I didn't want to drive that far if it wasn't going to be in the ballpark. After some back and forth, he "talked to his manager" and said "the manager said we can get this done on budget." So I agreed to drive there to look at the truck and drive it, which we did. Then when we sat down to do the paper work, they're offer was $40/mo over my budget, and ONE YEAR LONGER for the length of the loan. I felt frustrated obviously; stupid for believing he was being straight with me over e-mail and phone conversations; angry that I had to drive 2hrs both ways with nothing to show for it. So beware if you're trying to work out a deal ahead of time from a distance. Their game is to get you to the dealership no matter what. More
