Ryan was great to work with. I knew what I wanted when I went in and it was appreciated that Ryan wasn't there to upsell or move me into something we didn't want. This was our second new car from Pappas and Ryan could sense that. So it was very non pushy and easy from start to finish on a car Ryan tracked down (being built). We waited 4 weeks before the car would be ready. What I was impressed with was how much he new of the instruments in the in the new car. I already had a car with the same instrument panel but my wife was a little more unfamiliar with it. Ryan was awesome at breaking everything down and going through every option on that car. Kudos Ryan!!

Joe did a great job. My step mother-in-law and I were treated exceptionally well and the experience was a good one. Joe had the car she wanted and patiently walked her through setting up its controls and taking a test drive. She is thrilled with how her HR-V rides and handles! Our price was very fair and the purchase process was straightforward. I first bought a new 2000 Odyssey from Joe backin the day and this is the second purchase by my step mother-in-law. After the great experience with her 2016 Fit, she was adamant on wanting another Honda and we were pleased to get it from Joe!
