Anniversary surprise My husband went to golden motors and asked for Roland Cheramie. He was just looking and when he found the car that I have been wanting Roland said no My husband went to golden motors and asked for Roland Cheramie. He was just looking and when he found the car that I have been wanting Roland said no problem we can get you financed, and he did. When I went to have the car detailed the next day, Roland showed me all the features and made sure to explain each one to me. Helped me set up all the features including onstar. He is the best salesman we’ve come across in a very long time. I’m am extatic about the car. We had a wonderful experience working with Roland. Marcie always comes through This is the fifth vehicle I buy from Golden Motors and I will never shop anywhere else. Having dealt with many sales people over the years, I can s This is the fifth vehicle I buy from Golden Motors and I will never shop anywhere else. Having dealt with many sales people over the years, I can say that Marcie is my favorite. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and she will always work hard to get me what I want. Neil Martin put me in touch with her years ago and I'm glad he did. At the end of 2016 or beginning of 2017, I told Marcie I wanted to buy my daughter a Jeep Wrangler near the summertime for when she started college. I never had to tell her again. She contacted me each time a Wrangler came into the dealership and, around April, she found the absolute perfect one for my daughter (it even matched her red hair). My daughter still loves her Wrangler and she is so thankful to Marcie for finding it for her. This past week, I saw a truck I just had to have and Marcie made sure to get me in it. I've never had so much fun owning a vehicle and I've never been this excited about any of my past vehicles...and I have Marcie to thank for it. Not only is she awesome to deal with during the purchase of the vehicle, but she has always been responsive when I've needed things after the sale. I met with Marty Plaisance to finalize the paperwork and, as usual, the experience was pleasant. He answered every question I had and pointed me in the right direction when I needed some things outside of the dealership. Another great experience My wife, Amanda, was in the market for another vehicle recently. Since I now buy all of my vehicles from Golden Motors (five great experiences so far) My wife, Amanda, was in the market for another vehicle recently. Since I now buy all of my vehicles from Golden Motors (five great experiences so far), I recommended she go see Marcie. She agreed and, within minutes of contacting Marcie, we had a meeting set up for the next day, which was a Saturday. Marcie wasn't even scheduled to work that day, but she came into the dealership anyway. Amanda checked out a couple of vehicles (Marcie had the ones she liked ready when we arrived) and she ended up buying a 2017 Tahoe, which she absolutely loves. Having had poor experiences at other dealerships, Amanda was extremely pleased with the service at Golden Motors...and especially with the respect and professionalism shown by Marcie. I already knew I would always go to Marcie when I need a new vehicle, and now, so will Amanda. More
