Have had several issues with my 2020 Explorer Platinum . The service dept. can t repair these issues on the first try and I still have same issues . I had an appointment to get warranty work for my back up camera to be replaced. Dropped my car off at 8 AM and was told it took a couple of hours. Went back at noon and they had not even started. My last trip was the first time I dealt with a professional service advisor. She made things right and had my car brought to me when finished . If you have an appointment I personally think you don’t slide someone that didn’t have an appointment in front of you. This was not the service employees fault. More
