Beware when they tell you your rate and monthly payment. They don’t seem to be knowledgeable about the lenders they use. Marc the manager recommended a lender and told us our rate and payments. We asked multiple times about if the rate and monthly payments were confirmed since we bought on the weekend. He reassured us that it was fine and he wasn’t worried about it. We went home in the new car and two days later he called to tell us our rate went up as well as our payments because he didn’t know the guidelines for the lenders mileage requirements. It’s more than frustrating that the manager doesn’t know lenders guidelines when having customers us them. Marc offered nothing in return for his mistake except to return the car, after we already had to put new tires on it. Very disappointing. Make sure you do your own research. Don’t trust them to give you all the info. More

I took my daughter and young grandson in to get a safe, reliable car. (2016.5 Silver CX-5 Sport, VIN JM3KE2BY8G0752698) I took it to a local mechanic for inspection. The mechanic came back in less than 10 minutes and said "this car has been hit HARD". He showed me: 1) Most of the front end had been replaced 2) The engine had been removed and put back. 4) The car was very out of alignment by the wear on the tires, and the rear tires were over-inflated. 4) The diagnostic codes showed that the system couldn't detect one of the tire sensors. I brought the car back, the salesman didn't put up a fight when I told him about the issues. I will be purchasing a car elsewhere. More

The sales manager came out with the usual sales piece of paper showing "This is how much we have in this car." The price written on the car was less than what they "had into it." This seems to be the most common sales tactic in Portland. Every dealership is losing money on the listed price... Anyway, he refused to budge on the price. Up to this point, no big deal. The sales guy had vanished. The manager walked off and left me with the keys and completely alone. This was strange. I had to hunt him down to keep from leaving the keys laying out in the open. We left the dealership and was never asked for any of our information. In the off chance that they would lower their price a little if the car didn't sell, I emailed them on their website. I never got a reply. I emailed through another listing site, not mentioning who I was and immediately got a response. After they found out it was me, no contact again. If that's how you treat your customers, then this is how they respond... More
