Overall I was very satisfied with the way the dealership handled this and made me a satisfied customer on my second ram limited in 30 days. Now my complaint is with the parts guy that Stravensky brought out tho talk to me about putting electric trailer brakes in truck (this limited should have had it) told me that I could not install a factory electric brake that i was willing to pay for. So i checked around and it is a easy install. Either your parts guy is lazy or just does not know his job. After spending 225,000 thousand dollars in one year with Gainesville Dodge,Ram I think i should have got a better answer then that. More

Second time bringing my Jeep in for oil change and warranty work. Been told both times that they won't get to warranty work and need to bring it back in 3 to 4 weeks but keep in mind we probably won't warranty work.
