My repair under warranty took 3 weeks, even though the correct diagnosis of "electronic throttle control" was immediately available through RamConnect. I was told that the technicians were unable to find correct diagnosis of "electronic throttle control" was immediately available through RamConnect. I was told that the technicians were unable to find the cause of the problem. When it was finally fixed (electronic throttle control!) and I questioned the service counter why they ignored the initial diagnosis, I was told that it took so long because they needed to verify that the diagnosis was correct. I was not offered a loaner or reimbursement of rental car expenses. Chrysler in the end did refund part of my rental car bill. I have driven a Dodge Ram since 1995, and this was the worst customer experience I have eer had. More

Untrustworthy,unresponsive, long far off maintenance appointment dates thats likely inconvenient to one vehicle families like mine. No can do after a few months of miscommunication on ordered delayed parts and understaffed issues. Afterwhile the amnesia seeps under the front glass doors of the dealership and noone knows what the trusting customer and buyer that thought to have purchased a certified maintenance checked ready to ride off the lot used vehicles. BUT NOPE! Jokes on me i guess! I hope no other buyer/customer of Gainesville dodge Chrysler and jeep of Gainesville feel like a butt of a joke like I still do with a lemon of truck to fix now!!! More

I know that the job roles inside and the company jobs thats mostly done outside of the company or dealership like marketing All usually starts with customers first. But Inside I was treated as a money bag holding clown that have just enough credibility and sense to get a used vehicle that was not new vehicle dealership maintenance checked or certified to be driven off the lot with knowing issues addressed that was verbally promised to retified.But after I signed and drove off the lot them preexisting issues was all mine. Now that is something I been marketing on low by word of mouth. How trusting a known dealership Chrysler dodge ram and jeep of Gainesville will make you feel like a joke or donkey of everyday driven a subpar brought used vehicle with years of payments left that carshield won't cover neither!Lol More

**UPDATED** Starts off promising with sales then the Finance Manager plays a shell game so you don’t notice until after the fact that they extended your payments without your knowledge or approval. On top of that, they gave me an out the door price and didn’t even honor it. ***The new Managment must be in charge. I am glad to say that they have stepped up and resolved this problem. So, kudos to Stetson Clark for a great sales experience and the Management team for correcting the errors of the finance manager. I have worked in the Automotive Repair business for almost 40 years, I can say that I have never had to worry about the "bottom line". I have always taken care of my customer by doing what is best for them and in-turn my customers always took care of me and my team by coming back. I will consider this dealer again when I am in the market for a truck. But I will be extra vigilant when it comes to the paperwork. More
