The tech that last worked on my car has known for months I’m in need a new screen/display and has been less than cooperative. A couple weeks go by and I get a call from customer service asking if I would fill out a survey with a complementary report. I assured her I would do that( I did) and she promised a manager would reach out to me to assist with my STILL broken screen/display. To this day, nobody has got a hold of me. More

I only had experience with the service center. Absolutely unprofessional. Despite having an appointment, they had my car for a week and did nothing. No diagnostics or service.
