Untrustworthy,unresponsive, long far off maintenance appointment dates thats likely inconvenient to one vehicle families like mine. No can do after a few months of miscommunication on ordered delayed parts and understaffed issues. Afterwhile the amnesia seeps under the front glass doors of the dealership and noone knows what the trusting customer and buyer that thought to have purchased a certified maintenance checked ready to ride off the lot used vehicles. BUT NOPE! Jokes on me i guess! I hope no other buyer/customer of Gainesville dodge Chrysler and jeep of Gainesville feel like a butt of a joke like I still do with a lemon of truck to fix now!!!
